In 2015, a ruptured spinal disc forced me to slow down and prioritize mindful, low-impact movement. As I navigated that recovery — and later the complexities of Hashimoto's and the demands of motherhood — I realized the fitness industry lacked a soul. Equipment felt cold, clinical, and intrusive, designed for industrial gyms rather than the private sanctuaries we call home.

When I first encountered the manual treadmill that would spark this revolution, it was presented through a traditional, industrial lens. I saw something entirely different: a sleek, motorless silhouette with natural wood accents that belonged in a wellness gallery, not a basement.

I acquired that company because I saw the soul within a single product, and I have spent the years since cultivating an ecosystem around it.
